We successfully combined the Znojmo apple with real Belgian chocolate Belcolade Origins ORIGINS NOIR UGANDA 80% and we added Czech lyophilized strawberry and cayenne feather. Perfect connection! To this perfect combination of apple and dark chocolate, strawberry and pepper, we add the Guarantee of Origin and the variety of the apple on the back of the label.

The goal of all our efforts is a product that can only be created with a gentle approach to apple, chocolate and honest work.

We guarantee the origin of each apple apple - where it grew, when it was harvested and above all gentle processing. We personally know apple growers / orchards / backgrounds. Our dark chocolate comes from the Uganda region of Bundibugyo, west of the great Rwenzori Mountains. The dark mineral soil of the pearl of Africa is ideal for the production of robust earthy cocoa.

The high content of cocoa mass and the special way of conching reveal the unmistakable and tempting tones of humus and mushrooms. The result is the full development of a robust, earthy taste.

Ingredients: dark chocolate 67.2% (Uganda cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, natural vanilla aroma); dried apples 28.8%, lyophilized strawberries 3.2%, cayenne pepper 0.8%. Cocoa solids content of chocolate at least 80%. May contain traces of milk.
