This 100% cocoa powder is sourced from carefully selected cocoa beans from regions like Peru. Ideal for creating rich chocolate desserts and hot cocoa drinks. Free from added sugars, it offers pure natural flavors for chocolate lovers.
This organic 100% Madagascar Sambirano cocoa powder is produced by Morin in their factory in Donzère, in the south of France. Roasted beans are ground and then pressed, separating cocoa butter and powder. It is a fully natural product, without any artificial flavourings or additives.
Instructions for use: stir two teaspoons of cocoa powder into 200 ml of milk or water. Bring to the boil and stir in some sugar (to taste). Or use the powder for baking or as a topping.
Flavour notes: strong citrus fruit notes, dried fruits, almonds, hazelnuts.
