Simply almonds. Another type of nut that we love in chocolate. And when combined with crispy praline, it’s an excellent treat. Millésime blended this delight with 75% chocolate made from Panamanian cocoa from the Bocas del Toro region, using a mix of trinitario, forastero, and criollo varieties. An interesting sesame flavor emerges at the end of the tasting.
Ingredients: cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sugar, glucose, almonds.
Cocoa content: min. 75 %.
May contain traces of nuts.
